Long (5K) or Short (1mile) course.

Join us to walk/run in honor, memory and support of everyone with memory loss and in celebration of all caregivers. Proceeds benefit Countryside Memory Center. The Memory Center provides free screening, resource information and caregiver support for patients and their families. To register, you may complete and print/mail the form with payment OR complete online and submit and pay online with the PAY NOW below. $30 includes t-shirt!
